All classes finish  with a guided meditation and relaxation.

Yin Yoga Outside

YIN YOGA

This is a quiet meditative practice. Where we gently go into poses and stay comfortably for a longer period of time.  This style of yoga focuses more on the joints,  connective tissues and fascia.  The focus may be on a certain meridian and will also include some Qi Gong style exercises.
